Baptisms on the Beach

The highlight was outreach at Beresheet (New Age Festival) in Galilee attended by over 15,000 young people, most of whom have not heard the Gospel. There were great opportunities for personal witness and good conversions. Twenty-seven people repented of their sins and received Jesus as Lord. Two were baptised on the beach. Teams in the Tel Aviv area partner with Jews for Jesus in a high-profile ‘Behold Your God’ programme. Team members wear bold t-shirts and hats with ‘Yeshua Chai’ (‘Jesus is alive’).

The team is a catalyst and support to the local church, as a number of our team members are in leadership in Messianic congregations in Haifa, Galilee, Tel Aviv, and Moddine. They are also sowing the seed door to door or distributing tracts on the streets.

OM’s role in the Church is to mobilise people to share the knowledge of Jesus and His love with every generation in every nation. OM pioneers and leads initiatives to redeem lives, rebuild communities and restore hope in over 110 countries.
