Peter Maiden Encourages Outreach Workers

It was a privilege and blessing to teams in South Asia to have Peter Maiden, OM’s International Co-ordinator, spend three days preaching to and encouraging them recently.

Peter spent the first day with the outreach workers and their families. It was a time of hearing from God’s Word and of rejoicing as they reflected on what God continues to do through the teams in the needy parts of the region. All the teams have seen more come to know the Saviour. A very exciting development is to see wives of believers also taking a public step of faith. God continues to build his Church in this nation.

For the next two days Peter was the keynote speaker at a national conference for leaders of fellowship groups. Over 300 leaders, who come from the majority background, met for teaching and networking. Now these leaders will return to their local areas, taking with them what they have learnt. It is tremendous to see the Word being passed on. Please pray that they will be faithful in sharing what they have received.
