An OMer sharing the gospel with a passer-by during the Modena Outreach in Italy
"Help me to love these people as you love them and see them with your eyes." This was the prayer of a young participant at the outreach that took place in Modena from 15-22 May 2009.

META, OM and local churches repeated the experience of last winter’s outreach in Turin by combining their resources and their efforts to bring the gospel to the many foreigners who live in the city of Modena, home of the Ferrari. This outreach involved 8 different churches in the city and they  worked together to actively make the event possible.

Hundreds of people from every corner of the globe passed by the literature table for a tract, a gospel portion or a DVD in their native language each day. The "ends of the earth" have arrived to Italy and we had a great opportunity to reach them without having to leave our borders. Being able to speak freely of Jesus to people of other faiths and to openly share with them love and respect is a privilege that is usually not possible in their countries of origin.
