European Field Communication Facilitators (FCF) gearing up for a well-deserved night out in Brussels
Despite an ever-faster pace of life and galloping advances in communications technology, the need for networking and relationships remains the highest priority for communications personnel in Europe.

This was proven yet again at the European Communications Meeting in Zaventem (Belgium), where 21 communicators from 15 countries met to network and share their experience and ideas from 1-5 March 2010.

Anna (Italy), Heidi (Finland), Judi (EAST), Bernd (Ships), Brian (ICT), Frank (Area) and I led sessions on strategic planning, web design, social networking, video, Photoshop, InDesign, security and copyright laws.

A treasure hunt on Monday and “Brussels Comic Trail” on Thursday ensured that fun was had, and most communicators returned home with a head full of new ideas and resources.
