Trusting for healing

"What an incredible experience!” exclaimed Karen, a member of an outreach team from South Africa ministering in Namibia. “We expected the Lord to do great things, and as always he did not disappoint us.” The team visited people’s homes, and God challenged Karen to trust Him for healing in people’s lives.

In the first home they visited in the squatter camp just outside Okahandja, they met a woman who could not walk. Karen and her friends shared with the people in the house and then prayed for the lame woman. God answered their prayers and the woman got up and walked! At the next house, the elderly woman had used the last of her maize meal, and the team used this opportunity to bless her with a packet of maize meal. She glorified God for His timely provision. In addition, Karen prayed for a woman who was mute, and the first words she uttered were those of a prayer asking God for forgiveness. The team are trusting God for complete healing in her life.

Please pray for more healing in the lives of those in Namibia. Pray that more will come to know Jesus personally.
 

CONFIANZA PARA SANIDAD – Namibia
“¡Qué experiencia increíble!”, exclamó Karen, miembro de un equipo de Sudáfrica ministrando en Namibia. “Esperábamos que el Señor haga cosas grandes y, como siempre, no nos defraudó.” El equipo visitó diferentes hogares y Dios desafió a Karen para que confiara en Él por sanidad.

El primer hogar que visitaron en un asentamiento a las afueras de Okahandja, encontraron a una mujer que no podía caminar. Karen y sus amigas compartieron con los que estaban en la casa y luego oraron por la mujer lisiada. ¡Dios respondió sus oraciones y la mujer se levantó y pudo caminar! En la próxima casa, la anciana había utilizado todo el maíz que tenía para comer, y el equipo tuvo la oportunidad de bendecirla con un poco de maíz. Ella dio gloria a Dios por Su provisión oportuna. Además, Karen oro por una mujer que era muda, y las primeras palabras que pronunció fueron una oración pidiendo perdón a Dios. El equipo confía en Dios por la sanidad total de su vida.

Por favor ora por más sanidad en las vidas de quienes viven en Namibia. Ora para que más lleguen a conocer a Jesús personalmente.
