Kuching, Malaysia :: Logos Hopes kids perform a drama for children at a Salvation Army home.
Jennifer Zandbergen (Netherlands), one of the children in Logos Hope’s school, joined a team from the ship which stayed for two nights at a Salvation Army children’s home. After the team made a presentation about the ship and performed a drama, they spent the rest of the weekend simply enjoying the company of the 57 girls and 30 boys that live in the home. Jennifer made friends with two girls, Angeline and Patina, with whom she did arts and crafts, ballooning and hand painting. The staff of the home told the team they were grateful that children visited them to give their own children someone of their own age to spend time with. “The weekend went by so quickly. I would like to go back and visit them all if I ever have the chance,” said Jennifer.
