Kamphangphet, Thailand: Local children praying after a time of Bible teaching during English class.
“By the end of the week they were calling us teacher,” said Cinthia Rivera (Ecuador).

When the Logos Hope Outbound team in Thailand started the week they weren’t expecting a large group, so when 48 showed up on the first day they were very excited for what God had ahead of them. Working with Diamond Grace Church of Kamphangphet, the team set up banners around town announcing the upcoming English classes.

Each day the children were given English lessons, games and lunch, as well as teaching from the Bible by the pastor. As the week ended, each child was presented a Bible.

“They really enjoyed the week!” Cinthia said. “You can really tell that each child is loved.”

To continue ministering to each of these children, Diamond Grace Church has invited them back each Saturday for a special children’s programme.
