Georgetown, Guyana :: Travel by boat is one way Logos II crew reached some of Guyanas remoter communities
The first teams out are back on board! During the visit to Guyana, over half the crew are travelling from Logos II to spend some time assisting the country’s remoter communities. Jonathan Schuh (Germany) spent several days living in an area without running water or electricity. Although he had come to serve local residents, he found himself learning humility and tolerance from them. Meanwhile Alex Gulart (Uruguay) met and spoke with many young people during his time away from the ship. Talking with teenagers and sharing at schools, he found an enthusiasm among young people to serve others and build their community.
