Overcoming fear

"In the past few years, God has been urging me to pass on His love to others," shared Amelia Goa, working with OM in Macau.  Taking part in the prison ministry gave Amelia the chance to demonstrate God's love in action.

"I went to visit a family together with a colleague.  We were held back and scared by a few loud-mouthed, bare-shouldered and tattooed men having lunch there. We were wondering if we would be received at all and could only pray! Before we knew it we were inside, still praying for peace and love. Thankfully we overcame our fear and began to talk to them.  On the way home, I was told that several of the men in the family have been in and out of prison.  I was filled with sadness for the family and am sure the Gospel is their only hope."

Pray for Amelia and others who are seeking to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to those behind prison bars
