Panama :: The mosque in Panama City, that the students of OM Panama’s International Intensive School of Missions visited recently.
Philippines :: From 11 – 17 April, six trainers presented the Channels Of Hope (COH) facilitator’s training in Manila, equipping 28 participants. It’s estimated that over 200 people a month are diagnosed with HIV in the Philippines.
Cambodia :: Cambodian games including throwing of eggs and a game similar to Simon says was enjoyed by big and small at MTI Cambodia’s special Easter celebration in Phnom Penh.
Cambodia :: Adults and children from the slum were invited to a special Easter celebration at MTI Cambodia’s community church and education centre in Phnom Penh. Fun was had by all!
Japan :: When asked by customers at the Sonrise Cafe in Tokyo what the meaning of the Easter eggs on sale were, OM Japan team members were able to share the Easter story.
Japan :: OM Japan team members made a resurrection cake with three crosses and an empty tomb to enjoy with members of their church on Easter Sunday.
Cambodia :: About 250 people gathered for the Easter celebration service at MTI’s White House in Phnom Penh. The community church and education centre provides a safe place for village children during the week.
