Breaking the cycle of poverty

OM Nepal, AIDSLink International and Business for Transformation are joining hands to train members of AIDSLink Nepal's HIV support group in starting small businesses from 14 – 26 August. Health challenges, along with stigma and discrimination, make it very difficult for people living with HIV to find and keep employment. If they don’t have employment they can’t afford to eat properly and their health declines further.

The hope is that this training, which teaches how to start a business with just a few dollars, will empower participants to earn enough to live from and eat properly, thus breaking this cycle of ill health and poverty. Please pray for this training, and those attending. Pray that more will reach out with God’s love to those living with HIV.
